At Design Sphere, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed for hardware items purchased from our store.
Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. Customers must notify us within 3–7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return or replacement. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices intact.
Certain hardware items such as electrical components, tools once used, customized products, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team with order details and clear images or videos of the issue. Once the request is approved, instructions for return pickup or self-shipping will be provided.
If a product is found to be defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement of the same item, subject to availability. In case the product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected by our team. Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
If you receive a damaged package or missing item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
